How we operate at Remedy and Reap
Our practice is ‘by appointment’ only. Appointments can be booked online via our booking portal and further managed at your own convenience via the link in your confirmation email.
Late cancellations and rescheduling requests outside our cancelation policy (48 hours notice), are best managed via email. Whilst we do have a land line we do not have a dedicated receptionist to answer the phone at all times. All client comms are facilitated personally by our owner, Jura, who will get back to you as soon as she can.

HOPE VALLEY
Our Hope Valley studio is via appointment only. If you are early for your appointment our studio door may be locked while our therapist/s are in treatment with another client. Please take a seat on our comfortable outdoor chair under shelter. There is also free and accessible parking on the premises. Your therapist will be with you shortly. We have bathroom facilities inside.

We have a residency space in the award winning multi-disciplinary clinic, The BodyWorx, on the beautiful Melbourne Street in North Adelaide. Our practice is by appointment only. If you are early for your appointment - please take a seat inside and your therapist will be with you shortly. We have bathroom facilities inside the premises.
There is free on-street parking on Melbourne Street and there is a free parking area in the Dunn Street Car Park, located just off the main strip.
