Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or changes made within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation charge. Within 24hours or No show’s will incur the full appointment amount.

As a small business, appointment times are carefully reserved for each client. We truly appreciate your understanding that late cancellations and no-show’s have a significant impact on our business. Our cancellation charge is not intended as a penalty - as we fully understand and appreciate that life can be unpredictable. Rather, our cancellation policy is in place to support and protect our therapists and the integrity of our practice by allowing us to operate in a way that provides consistent and top quality services at a fair price for all our community to enjoy and thrive alongside.
