Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation charge. No show’s will incur the full appointment amount.

As a small business, appointment times are carefully reserved for each client. We truly appreciate your understanding that late cancellations and no-show’s have a significant impact on our business. Our cancellation charge is not intended as a punishment - as we fully understand and appreciate that life can be unpredictable. Rather, our cancellation policy is in place to support the integrity of our practice by allowing us to operate in a way that provides consistent and top quality services at a fair price for all our community to enjoy and thrive alongside.
